EXILE Service

EXILE Technologies provides several options for service of your equipment.

In-house service and repair:
Equipment can be shipped back to our Houston, TX or Luton, England facilities for repairs/upgrades. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by an Exile support representative before returning equipment.

On-Site Service:
An Exile technician can be dispatched to service equipment at the client's facility. Please contact a support representative for estimated cost for on-site repair.

Service Plans:
Certain EXILE equipment models have optional service plans available that help avoid unexpected service and repair costs. Contact our sales or support groups to get more information.
