Life with the Spyder II has not been perfect. It requires diligence on the part of the operator, and we had some difficulties in the transition. There have been times where we have had issues (as with any machine) and needed to call EXILE. This is where EXILE has really shined. Their tech support is fantastic, and they have gone to extreme lengths to support the machine from the beginning. I cannot overstate how impressed I have been with the way they have stood behind their machine, and I can honestly say I have never experienced as high a level of attention and concern from any manufacturer. I am 100% happy with my Spyder II and with EXILE. I consider myself a customer for life and highly recommend both the product and the company.
