Customer Testimonials

I love how compact the unit [Spyder II] is and was happy that I could try it in my shop for 30 days! For years, we had a hard time employing new darkroom people and teaching them how to find and file the films. The Spyder II made this simple and streamlined. We love how easy it is to use and how sharp the detail can be. The unit alone improves performance and consistency. The EXILE staff has always provided amazing support and is urgent in their response if an issue arises.

– Joe Matarazzo (Goodfellas Merch)

The Spyder II’s reliability and EXILE’s very responsive customer service are things we’ve consistently enjoyed. We were able to reduce the headcount in our screen department by one employee, and we are now outputting all of our daily screen needs on one shift. The quality of the final output delivered by EXILE’s products speaks for itself.

– Don Moos (INX Prints, Inc.)

Life with the Spyder II has not been perfect. It requires diligence on the part of the operator, and we had some difficulties in the transition. There have been times where we have had issues (as with any machine) and needed to call EXILE. This is where EXILE has really shined. Their tech support is fantastic, and they have gone to extreme lengths to support the machine from the beginning. I cannot overstate how impressed I have been with the way they have stood behind their machine, and I can honestly say I have never experienced as high a level of attention and concern from any manufacturer. I am 100% happy with my Spyder II and with EXILE. I consider myself a customer for life and highly recommend both the product and the company.

– Skip Jensen (Post-Industrial Press)
